ER - When Person Record Of An Employee Is Locked Need The Outstanding Action Against This Person

The Manage Person record for an employee is locked due to changes pending approval. users are not able to find an outstanding task against this employee and all Failed with Errors tasks have been withdrawn. Users need the outstanding action against this person to be cancelled so that we can regain access. Also, though the edit functionality may be disabled, the information should still be visible?
ER Request: Please create an ER to assist with minimising the impact of similar issues. Could details, or a link to the task, or both, be added to the page so that the pending approval or task can more easily be found. At present it can be extremely difficult to find an outstanding task that is causing this, or similar, issue. This functionality should be applied to all areas that are locked down due to an outstanding task/approval. This would be extremely critical functionality for our business.
When the ER is created I would like to ensure that it covers more areas that just Manage Person, any area that cannot be actioned due to an outstanding task should have information on what that task is, or a link to the required task. Alternatively, there should be an area against the person's record that lists all outstanding tasks/actions/approvals against that person. Perhaps this should be under the Tasks panel on the HR UI.
