Symptoms

Workflow transaction is not routing to delegate when vacation rule is enabled

1. BPM worklist > Preferences
2. Enable Vacation Period
3. Enter Start Date > Enter End Date
4. Click on "Reassign to"
5. Search for User
6. Select User
7. Save
8. Create transaction
9. Workflow approval not sent to assignee
