When attempting to Bulk User Reconcile with a CRM, for example SalesForce, the Admin may receive the following error:
"There was an error while trying to reconcile users with BigMachines. Please check that the API Administration username and password are correct and that the BigMachines site is listed in Setup --Administration Setup--Security Controls--Remote Site Settings".
Additionally, the bm.log in BigMachines may state the following:
"[ERROR] com.bm.xchange.services.bulkservices.UserUploadServiceImpl.uploadData(UserUploadServiceImpl.java:493) - Error in uploadUserData
You have reached your maximum of licensed users. Please contact Customer Support to purchase more licenses."
