Fusion Global Payroll: Element Entries Not Showing Values With Search (Doc ID 1925226.1)

Symptoms

When reviewing past dated element entries, the primary entry value (Amount), is blank.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Payroll>Administration
2. Select the Manage Element Entries task
3. Search and select a person with a past dated, non-recurring element entry with an amount ( such as a bonus). Set the Effective As-of Date to a date that is within the start and end date of the element entry.
Note the primary entry value is blank
4. Select the record. Note the amount is blank
5. Change the effective as of date and tab out of the field.
Note the amount is now displayed
