Symptoms
On : Fusion Global Human Resources, Rel 8/9/10/11, Taleo Integration
After P2T/T2T Taleo Export/Import Process gives 'Unable to invoke endpoint URI' error with a message 'Missing WWW-Authenticate header' in the log
After P2T/T2T, getting following error in log file when running Export/Import Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data ESS process for any object

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Processes
2. Run Import/Export Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data
3. Notice system gives above mentioned error in the process log
