ADF_FACES-60097 error message received when creating or updating an opportunity.
Having to re-access the environment to get past the error message and find that the record was created (when the error message is received when creating an opportunity). When the user tries to update the opportunity they receive the error message again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-Navigate to Opportunities > Create Opportunity
-After entering required information and clicking 'Save and Edit' or 'Save and Close' error is received.
-Click OK to exit the error message
-Try save again and get the same error message
-Click Cancel but unable to leave the page at this point.
-Have to exit the entire application and log back in.
-Go back into the opportunity overview and see that the opty record was created.
