Journal Import Not Finding Rows To Import When Upload Done With Language Other Than English

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Capture Transactions-Record and Edit Standard Journal Entries
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a journal via the ADFdi spreadsheet, selecting a language other than English when logging into the application, the journal import program is not importing rows
stored in table GL_INTERFACE which have the source translated into the foreign language.
The problem does not occur if the source information in the interface table is in English.
The journal import execution report shows the following message:
Journal Import found no records in GL_INTERFACE for processing.
Check LEDGER_ID, USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME and GROUP_ID of import records.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to import journals for which the Source name is stored in a foreign language.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a journal via the ADFdi spreadsheet, logging in with the Swedish language.
2. Notice the Source field is populated in the Swedish language
3. Submit the upload and import but the import program does not find any records to process.
