Importing Transactions Using CRM File Based Import Results In MKT-285021 Error (Doc ID 1929175.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import Incentive Compensation Transactions by using File Based Import
the following error occurs.
    Your request cannot be completed because the content repository is unavailable.  Contact your application administrator. (MKT-285021)

 
STEPS
1. Create new import activity
   Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task : Manage File Import Activities
   OR
   Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Import Transactions Using File Base Data Import

2. After selecting and upload a file from Desktop get error message :
   Your request cannot be completed because the content repository is unavailable.  Contact your application administrator. (MKT-285021)

3. If ignore the error then select the mapping, get next error message:
   Either file name or file path is required for saving or activating an import activity. (MKT-285055). 

 

Changes

Functionality was working last week prior to upgrade and patch bundle application.
