ADF_FACES-60097 : Users cannot view their new employees details in my portrait

On : version, Manage Workforce Records

When attempting to click on My Portrait/Organization chart for newly hired person
the following error occurs.

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #11

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire a new employee (automatic assigned the employee role by default - application abstract role)
2. Sign into the Application with this user (employee role) for self service
3. User cannot see 'my portrait' - an error message is appearing.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the new employees details in my portrait
