Fusion HCM Cloud OTBI 11.1.7 - Following the upgrade from R5 to R7, user is unable to access data


UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR

HR Analyst users see info  message when attempting to analyze Salary (Payroll) data

"the criteria used didn't result in any data"

STEPS

Execute an analysis against Subject Area : Compensation - Salary Details Real Time

For example:
