Can We Have Multiple Time Conditions Within A Live Help Rule?

Goal

is it possible in Instant Service or Webcare to have 2 time conditions on a rule. Is it possible, for example, have an invitation presented at 30 seconds and then again at 120 seconds? Or do we just need to have 2 separate rules.
