Comment is not visible in SRM
A User found a specific comment not appearing in SRM > Engage. The relevant post was successfully posted on Facebook.
STEPS

Issue was verified via Engage>Messages and then selecting the relevant message
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are forced to respond directly to Facebook comment natively because it was not showing in SRM.
Changes
A user may have changed their Facebook settings to exclude their content from showing in Platforms etc.
