Inventory items are not available while performing Interorganization Transfer. Here are steps to reproduce -
1) Navigate to Warehouse Operations -> Inventory
2) Go to task "Create Interorganization Transfer"
3) Provide header details
4) Select Action -> Add button
5) Search Item. No item is available.
