The requirement is to terminate existing work relationships using spreadsheet loaders.
Users can create new Work Relationship and Assignments using spreadsheet loaders, however they cannot terminate older work relationships using this.
Thus, the older work relationships remain assigned as primary even after the later Work Relationship is created.
Users should be able to terminate an older work relationship using spreadsheet loaders when the employee moves out of a legal employer to another one, or when an employee leaves the organization.
