A request for a script of 

How to allow sales reps to quickly see whether Attachments and Notes exist from the Search Overview page.
Requirement should be met for both Opportunities and Sales Accounts.

Workflow details:
Active = Yes
Event Point = When a record is updated
Condition:
if (isAttributeChanged('Attachments') && 'Attachments'!= null)
  return true;
Field Update:
Execution Schedule = 0 Days After Workflow is triggered
Field to update = AttachmentsExist (custom checkbox field)
Value = True
