Error Logs Not Getting Generated By File Import Process

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, File Import/Export
Error Logs not getting generated in Staging Environment
We are trying to import the Opportunity and Resource Data into staging environment. At the end of Import Activities, we do not see logs getting generated.
When we have the status as Completed with Errors, we used to get the error logs.
But it is not coming for past couple of days. Kindly look into this ASAP. This is preventing us from debugging the errors which is delaying the File Import process
Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities > create and submit a batch
