We are working to reorganize our agent accounts, roles, teams, etc. As a first major step, we are trying to eliminate inactive agent accounts, of which there are several thousand in our system. From our end we can only remove one agent at a time. Is it possible for us to submit a list of accounts that need to be deleted and have it done en masse? If so, please let us know what the process would be.
