"Cannot Locate The Specified Stack Snapshot ID: Null" Error When Pressing Cancel On Manage Person

When the user access Manage Person - Personal information, then presses cancel, the following error occurs.
In the CoreProcessesServer log file, the following error can be seen:
Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigator > Person Management > Search for a person.
2. When Mange Person screen is displayed, click on Cancel
3. Error is displayed.
