Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Employees are not eligible for Service Area based eligibility profiles

STEPS
-----------------------
Create Zip Code Ranges
Create Service Areas based on the zip codes created earlier
Create Eligibility Profile and attach the service area
Attach the eligibility profile to the medical plans
Add a address to an employee with zip code falling in one service area
Process a life event
See that the employee is not eligible for any medical plans
