Can the spell check dictionary be downloaded/placed in a folder prior to the Agent Console launch? It takes a long time and a rep set to be initially available can get a chat and have to wait for it to complete loading to actually chat.
Perhaps this is a one time load and we've got to deal with it, but our new site is looking for a potential workaround.
