Find out why:

Not all Smartorg locations are available when using Advanced Candidate Search by Company Location.
An active city or work location defined in SmartOrg Administration is not found as an available option in the Advanced Search's Place of Residence field when selecting the radio button Location.

Path: Recruiting Center > Advanced Search > Place of Residence > select Location then open the selector.

Locations that cannot be found on a map by Oracle Taleo will not appear in the list.
