OUTLOOK - Initial Synchronisation Fails With " sync_issue-se0004"

When attempting to first synch process ,
the following error occurs.
[14-09-23 15:21:09.365977,T760] [ERROR] [sync_issue]: target post-update object not found (object id 'salesParty#100000000130499')
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Outlook
2. Run First Run Assistant process
