Unable To Submit Scheduled Process

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to submit a scheduled process from the UI
the following error occurs.
Portlet consumer error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose schedule new process from the schedule processes screen
2. search for "send pending"
3. select "send pending ldap requests"
4. select ok.
