Quote Copy From Salesforce Fails With Error "Could not perform Action...duplicate value found"

The user receives an error when attempting to clone a quote from SalesForce. The error states:
Could not perform Action: Return to Opportunity
During commerce integration Process ID: xxxxxxx, Name: SFDC Quote - Upsert
Exception occurred for Integration Process ID: xxxxxxx, Name: SFDC Quote - Upsert
duplicate value found: BigMachines__Transaction_Id__c duplicates value on record with id: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
