1) Changing Opportunity status = WON defaults sales stage = LOST
When editing Opportunity, and setting the status as WON, instead of the sales stage automatically reflecting as WON (100% probability), it sets it to LOST (but with 100%). It takes a manual setting of the Opportunity status AND the sales stage to WON to truly indicate the Opportunity has been won.
Based on Oracle doc: Default Value When Changing Status To Won : Sales Stage – Status defaulting Rules In Opportunity Management (Doc ID 1557764.1), its understood that the value of having the sales stage stay the same when status is set to LOST.
Preferred functionality is that a status of WON automatically defaults a sales stage of WON (100%)
2) Is there a way to trigger: Setting Sales Stage as "Won" with a 100% win probability, automatically changes the status to "WON"?
