On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Benefits

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Fast Formula to determine Termination life event is not triggering the life event.
The formula type used is "Person Changes causes life"
The Termination Life event is not detected if using this Fast Formula, however the event is detected, if removing it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fast Formula to determine Termination life event should trigger the life event.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a fast formula "Person Changes causes life" to detect Termination life event

2. Select this fast formula and add it in Person Change Formula
3. Create a Termination life event and associate it in Program Enrollment
4. Terminate an employee: choose for Termination an effective date in the past
5. Go in BSC and check the trigger > see that Termination life event was not triggered
6. If removing the fast formula, the event is triggered
