When in our production instance of Fusion 8, the reports and analytics module has two folders - "My Folders" and "Shared Folders".
Clicking on either of these folders produces an error.
Exceeded failed connection tries. ConnectionId=BIPresentationServer
To clarify... BI is working to run reports.
Reports cannot be viewed or ran from within the Fusion instance.
If I log into Fusion, and click on "reports and analytics" from the Navigator bar and then choose "My Folders" or "Shared Folders", I get the error I attached
We also have consultants reporting that they cannot do the following (all triggering connection error messages):
1. Unable to run the refresh manager hierarchy scheduled process
2. Unable to access ‘Manage Approval Rules for HCM’
3. Unable to pull up performance documents
