Does HCM Extract Support Schedule Triggers For Bursting? (Doc ID 1939466.1)

Symptoms

A number of customers have raised issues trying to Burst the data provided by the HCM Extract process into separate reports for end users. 

There is a known issue in BIP wherein Bursting when run against any empty data set will simply result in the BIP job failing.

 The accepted solution to this is to implement a Schedule Trigger
