Fusion Benefits Management: Three Plans Setup to Allow Eligibility Override, Only Two Appear in the Eligibility Override Pagee (Doc ID 1939502.1)

Symptoms


There are have 3 Health Savings Account plans that are all setup to allow participant eligibility override. In addition, the Plan Type in Program also allows participant eligibility override.

When running the Open Enrollment event, it does not correctly prepare the Health Savings Account plans because participant does not meet eligibility rules. When going to Eligibility Override in the Enrollment, Benefits Service Center page, two of the plans do appear in the plan listing - but the 3rd plan "Health Savings Account Contribution - Employee Only" does not appear.
