500 Error Occurs after Zone Upgrade

Information in this document applies to any platform.
This only affects customers who have SSO configured with custom Challenge URLs. The default TALEO SAML 2.0 URL is unaffected.
After upgrading, SSO connections results in a System Error(Career Section) or 500 Server error(Smart Org).
