Symptoms

Fusion 11.1.7 Cloud - BI Publisher - some users unable to access a report

Some partner users are not able to access the BI Reports even though they have all the necessary roles and have correct Permissions in Catalog Groups.

Steps
-----------
Navigator -> Reports and Analytics -> Shared Folders -> custom BI Publisher report

Affects one Report/Data Model and a custom report based off that

Reports were succesfully tested August 2014. This is the first time users are trying to access the Reports.
