Information in this document applies to any platform.
Create a new ordinary user with the appropriate service role. After creation, the new user receives the temporary password. When the user connects to the Documents Service, the system correctly identifies that this is the new user and presents the new password/challenge questions page. This is submitted successfully.
The user then attempts to login to the service and gets an unexpected generic error:
We're working hard to fix them. Please try again later.
Trying again later never works.
If the user goes to cloud.oracle.com and tries to login to My Services using the new password, the user is presented with the Identity Self Service User information centre where s/he can fill in passwords again.
