When attempting to schedule column flattening for an account hierarchy through the Manage Account Hierarchies UI you receive an error message and unable to complete the scheduling process.You are able to complete the scheduling of the account hierarchy through the ESS schedule process functional screens, however the you would like to understand why they are receiving the error message and why scheduling cannot take place within the Account hierarchy manager pages. the following error occurs.

ERROR
ADF_FACES-601101:For more information.Please see the portlets error log for an entry beginning with:ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PRR.#4

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation > Tools > Setup and Maintenance , Search for Manage Account Hierarchies
Select Go to Task : Navigate and select the tree version you wish to schedule flattening.

Select > Actions > Flatten > Column Flattening , Within Manage Account Hierarchies, select Schedule Flattening
