Fusion Global HR: Cannot Create An Approval Workflow Based On The Requestors Assignment Job (or Job Code) (Doc ID 1940821.1)

Symptoms

Cannot create an approval workflow based on the Requestor's Assignment Job (or Job Code)

I am trying to put in place an approval workflow on the Hire an Employee task.
I want an approval to take place if the Requestor's legislative code is FR and the Requestor's Job is different from "Payroll Clerk" (or Job Code is different from JOB00112).
If those conditions are not met, the auto-approval can apply.
If I have only the criteria on the Requestor's legislative code, the approval flow works fine. If I add the criteria on the Requestor's job, I have an error message...

Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in evaluating routing slip.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approval to take place if the Requestor's legislative code is FR and the Requestor's Job is different from "Payroll Clerk" (or Job Code is different from JOB00112).If those conditions are not met, the auto-approval can apply.
2. Add new hire with login user has Job Code JOB00112
3. New Person is hired in a French legal Employer. When I get to the Review page, at the end of the Hire Process, I get the above error message.
