On : version, Sales, Sales Catalog, Territories and Quotas

When attempting to publish a CSA , it ends with Error status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Sales
2. Created a CSA Opportunity and Actuals
3. Submit
4. After a while, the status changes to Error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see CSA available in BI
