Account Task Is Not Filtering The Leads And Opportunities

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Create Interaction/Task for a specific Customer displays all opptys and not filtering the opportunities ("Related to" field) specific to this customer.
-Navigator > Customers, select and drill down on a customer record
-Select Interactions from the regional pane
-Create an Interaction
-Complete required fields
-For field "Related To", select 'Opportunity' from the pick list
-Go to the next field, click on the down arrow of the pick list and on the popup box, select "Search"
-Performe search and notice all opportunities regardless of the customer specific Opptys.
Able to filter the opportunities relevant to the selected customer only
