No Value in OLF Selector in a Specific Language (Doc ID 1941580.1)

Symptoms

Organization - Location - Job Field (OLF) selectors do not show any elements, for example when creating a new requisition, if the user is logged in using a specific language other than English. 

However the OLF elements are properly configured in that language under Configuration > SmartOrg - Administration.

The OLF selectors can show elements without any problem if the user is accessing the product in English.
