Unable to Unenroll Accrual Plans after Global Transfer (Doc ID 1941660.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Absence Processes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an employee undergoes a global transfer from one LE to another, they need to be unenrolled from existing absence plans. However, when the administrator tries to unenroll them with effective date the day before the transfer, they are unable to save the record. No error is generated, but they cannot save or submit the change.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The employee's enrollment in their original absence plans should be terminated at the time of the transfer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Person Management > Search on Employee > Manage Employment > Edit > Update > Global Transfer. Complete required information and submit.
2. Person Management > Manage Absence records > Plan Participation > Select Plan > Click Enrollments and Adjustments > Terminate Enrollment
3. Enter end date, and try to save. You cannot save the record.

Due to this issue, implementers cannot complete setup of absence management, which will impact on its adoption by the business.
