Unintended Changes Made When Using the Rollback Function to Revert Migration Changes (Doc ID 1942242.1)

Symptoms

After performing a 'Rollback' to revert changes made to the Oracle Cloud CPQ site, an administrator may notice that other sections of the site were reverted back.

 

For example:

1. After migrating Configuration from Test to Production, the administrator notices undesireable results and wants to rollback the changes made from the migration.

2. After completing the rollback, the administrator notices that recent changes made to Commerce and Document Engine were also reverted, which was not intended.

Changes

 The administrator performs a 'rollback', to revert changes made from a migration.
