Classic Insight: Is the "Qualify" Functionality Within Filters Case-Sensitive in Classic Insight?

I have run a report in Classic Insight and click "Add Condition" to the filter prompt at the top of the report to look for certain attributes. However, when I search for the attribute name, no results appear. Why is this happening?
