When attempting to upload the csv data file from desktop for File Import Activity, the following error occurs.
Error: The file upload failed.
An error occurred during virus scan..
1. Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Import Transactions Using File Based Data Import > Create new import activities
Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage File Import Activities
2. Get the error after selecting the csv data file from desktop.
This was working last week.
Over the weekend, weekly or monthly patch was applied.
