Symptoms

Users cannot add attachments to Requisitions.


Error Message from UCM Server

Errors in the content server trace log:

!$AttachmentsConfig: Public Certification map did not contain fingerprint: ABC12342345287abcajdhfajsdhfakjh
!$AbstractSigningScheme: Public Certificate is null; Unable to verify signature.
!$DefaultCheckinSigningScheme: Signature Verification Failed.

 

Steps To Reproduce
Log in as any user.  This only occurs in ZZZZ environment; does not occur in YYYY.
1. Create a requisition.
2. Add any file as an attachment from the desktop.
3. Click Browse and add the file.
4. System returns error: Content item '(null)' was not successfully checked in. User 'xxxxx' does not have sufficient privileges.
