Symptoms

Projected Headcount and Projected Worker Cost in Model Header is not being updated when a change is made to a Workforce Model

Steps to reproduce
  Create a model. (Navigate: Manager Resources > Workforce Modeling)
  Upon creation the Projected HeadCount and Projected Worker Cost are correct
  Change the Model by removing an employee from the hierarchy.
  This is done by selection Actions - Edit Worker Assignment. Transfer the employee to a different manager.

This is Saved and then expect to see the Project HeadCount and Project Worker Cost totals to be changed (values should be reduced). This does not Happen.
