Custom Object refresh problem
Created a new custom object 'Related Opportunities' under Customer tree. Which displays the Opportunity information associated with that Customer.
1. navigation in the Customer tree: please do follow these steps:
a. Example of the Opportunity ‘RA5’, where there are 2 RA = ‘Oracle1 nuttall’ and ‘AD Bly Construction’, and the Sales Account is ‘Oracle1’.
b. Search in customers ‘Oracle1l’ and open it
c. Click in Customer Information\Opportunities = ‘RA5’ is displayed
d. Click in Customer Information\Related Opportunities = nothing is displayed.
e. Click in Customer Information\Interactions
f. Click again in Customer Information\Related Opportunities = ‘RA5’ is displayed.
Issue reproduces when navigate to 'Sales' Section ['Opportunities' or' Revenue Lines'] and then back to 'Related Opportunities'.
