Can we change the order of the Live Help InstantService survey labels? (Doc ID 1944631.1)

Goal

We would like to know if the values of survey responses could be changed in reverse order.

Currently:
Strongly Agree=5
Somewhat Agree=4
No Opinion=3
Somewhat Disagree=2
Strongly Disagree=1

Suggesting:
Strongly Agree=1
Somewhat Agree=2
No Opinion=3
Somewhat Disagree=4
Strongly Disagree=5
