Symptoms

Transactions are failing ELIGIBILITY phase of calculation.

Example: Credit transaction like "TRX-1001" has Eligibility Error status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
These transactions are assigned to credit category "Tower Desktop" which should roll up to credit category "Computer".
Credit category "Computer" is assigned to performance measure "Computer PM" which is part of the compensation plan.
These credited transactions should have Eligible status.

STEPS
1. Create classification rules
2. Deploy classification rules
3. Create credited transactions
4. Run Crediting and Rollup
5. Run Classify Credits
6. Run Calculation


Changes

Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Classification Rules

  Rule 1 has credit category = Computer
      Rule 1.1.1 has credit category = Laptop
      Rule 1.2.1 has credit category = Desktop
           Rule 1.2.1.1  has no credit category
                Rule 1.2.1.1.1 has credit category = Tower Desktop
                Rule 1.2.1.1.2 has credit category = Inspiron Desktop
