Partner Users are Receiving [User not found] When Logging In to BigMachines Using SSO

The error "User not found" is displayed when partner users try to login to BigMachines using SSO. Checking the bm.log further gives the error below:

03 Nov 2014 09:56:35,828 [ERROR] - User not found with login=johnDoe123, and companyId=4118171


 Upgrade to 2014 R1.
