Fusion-Taleo: User's Configuration Profile Is Changed By The Fusion-Taleo Process (Doc ID 1946225.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 29, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service - Version 13B and later
Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version N/A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

A Fusion user that is both a Recruiter and a Manager (with direct reports) ends up with only the Hiring Manager "Configuration Profile" in Taleo after the Fusion integration process is run.

Typically affected users will report that they appear to have 'restricted permissions' within Recruiting, but examination of their User Types/permissions show no problem with their permissions.  For more about Configuration Profiles and how they relate to User Type (defines user access to features via permissions) and User Groups (further defines access to elements and functions based on OLF) please see Configuration Profiles in the Recruiting Configuration Guide.
