Downloading a Report in Reporting Manager is Slow (Doc ID 1946511.1)

When a user exports a report, the screen is frozen. This can be running for several hours.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Go to Report Manager and open a report.
  2. Select a specific time period(for example, 60 days) for exporting time.
  3. Export to Excel.
