Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user exports a report, the screen is frozen. This can be running for several hours.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Go to Report Manager and open a report.
- Select a specific time period(for example, 60 days) for exporting time.
- Export to Excel.
