Fusion HR - Reporting: Need Data Model Diagram To Create An Approval Transaction BIP Report

Approval rules have been configured for several processes such as Promote, Change Location, Change Manager, Transfer, Terminations etc
I have reporting requirement to display the status of approval transactions:
What process is going through Approval
Who initiated the transaction
For whom is the approval
Who's the next approver
What is the approver type
What is the effective date for approvals
The report will be used by HR department to track all the approvals in transit, to see who is holding it up and other analysis.
I looked at the spreadsheet that contains all the subject areas' dimensions and attributes.
There were some module specific approval fields like for Goals and Compensation but none that covers all the processes involved.
I also could not find any delivered Approvals report either
I also looked in the Oracle Enterprise Repository but only saw Accounts Payable -Invoice approval tables.
Since I cannot write report in OTBI, I will need to create a Bi Publisher data model/report with the appropriate approval tables
I need a data flow diagram/tables/related tables with approval transaction information
